ready meals? If you have a passsion for food and want to do your own cooking, then private culinary lessons are for you.
From antipasti to pasta, risotto to fish, as well as fresh
bread, authentic sauces and beautiful main dishes, depending on your time the choice is yours.
All the lessons are hands on so you will be involved with
preparing your chosen dishes, you may wish to compliment a main course with a dessert, maybe a traditional Tiramisu or Zabaglione.
Please note, where possible we use local organic produce,
of which Nico on the day will source personally himself, alongwith using his own herbs where possible from his extensive herb
garden.
